DPD Ireland Sortation Hub 

DPD Ireland’s sortation hub in Athlone processes up to 50,000 parcels every night. The 66,000 sq. ft. facility operates a Posisorter system and has the capacity to sort 7,000 parcels every hour. Operating Monday to Friday, parcels are seamlessly routed through the hub to their destinations around Ireland, the UK, Europe or worldwide. 

With scanning points capturing routing information, parcel weight and volume, full tracking on all parcels is available on line in real time.
