At DPD, we want to make returning your items as easy and stress-free as possible with our Drop2Shop returns service. Here’s how in 6 simple steps.
- Select your retailer from the dropdown list and enter your order number
- Choose the item(s) you want to return from your order
- Provide a brief reason for the return
- Find and select a nearby drop-off point
- Wait for your unique QR code to appear
- Repackage the item in its original packaging - no need to print labels.
Now you’re ready to go!

Once ready, take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point, where staff will scan the QR code, and take the parcels. Drop2Shop then scans, re-labels, and prepares your parcel for collection.
Note: If your retailer/sender has not yet registered for Drop2Shop, you can use our standard returns service or contact the retailer directly for instructions.

Once your QR Code has been scanned, you’ll receive a return notification.
Both you and the retailer can then track your return in real time, so you’ll always know where your parcel is. It really is that simple!

Packing your parcel correctly is key to making sure it arrives safely and undamaged. It helps to ensure you get your exchange or refund too!
