We are currently recruiting a QA Tester working as part of the IT Team.
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of quality across multiple products, analysing product requirements, creating test cases from requirements and identify issues with software applications before the product is deployed to Live. Performing manual, automation and performance testing as required. In the role you will work closely with the QA Manager, Project Manager, Developers and the various stakeholders of each project, communicating on the quality of the product deliverables during the project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements and ensure that there is complete test coverage.
- Perform reviews with the project team for relevant sign off’s.
- Must follow the QA standard operating process & procedures whilst contributing to the improvements when and where required.
- Must be good at capturing & documenting the QA artefacts.
- Strong skills in understanding and analysing product requirements, writing or updating test cases.
- Have a high attention to detail, focusing on the quality of each assigned project task.
- Strong written and oral communication skills enjoying responsibility and ownership at all stages of the test and development life cycle.

Desirable Requirements
- Educated to Computer Science/Software Engineers degree level or equivalent.
- ISTQB qualification desirable.
- Working Experience in courier services.
- Knowledge of Automation Testing E.g. Using Selenium Webdriver.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing E.g. J-Meter.

We are currently recruiting a Senior People Operations Generalist working as part of our People Operations Team in our head office in Athlone.
Reporting directly to the Head of People and Talent, this strategic role will significantly impact our organisation's success. You will lead the development and execution of our people strategy, positioning us as an Employer of Choice. This role offers the chance to shape best in class People practices and provide comprehensive people management services to the business.
Responsibilities
- Planning of oversight for the delivery of recruitment plans, attracting and recruiting candidates through a variety of recruitment initiatives.
- Support business leaders to manage the on/off boarding experiences for all employees.
- Continuously drive improvements in all HR tools and processes used throughout the employee life cycle and promote a positive employee experience.
- Instrumental in protecting employee’s personal, confidential and sensitive information by ensuring great governance.
- Deliver support, advice and guidance on complex employee-related matters including company employment policies and procedures, grievances, disciplinary, health and welfare matters. Ensure the consistent application of policy, adherence to natural justice and fairness in all processes.
- The development, updating and communication of policies and procedures to meet the needs of the business and in compliance with changing Irish legislation and case law.
- Championing and enabling equality, inclusion and diversity creating a culture where everyone feels respected, valued and heard.
- Programme development for Employee Engagement activities and impact evaluation, working with the People Operations Team to support the delivery of successful employee events
- Design and review of the Employee Value Proposition ensuring fair and transparent reward and benefit practices across the business.
- Responsible for producing all people reporting requirements to a high degree of quality and continuously improving our reporting and insights on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for initiation, planning, execution, reviewing and closing of People Projects as they arise.
Requirements
- A degree or qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a People Operations role.
- Compensation and Benefits specialist knowledge and experience would be viewed as an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of employment law in Ireland required, experience in managing complex employee relations issues is desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office software is essential including advanced Excel skills.
- Approachable, helpful and relates well to people, all of the time. Champions respect, care and honesty with others.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Communicates with others in a way that conveys passion for the business, energies others and leads to impactful outcomes.
- Finds improvements and efficiencies in processes and activities. Works flexibly and quickly adapts to change.
- Flexibility with regard to working hours is required.
