If you decide that you want to send a parcel back to the e-tailer, you can simply return via the DPD Returns solution. We provide returns options for many well-known brands – just choose a retailer from the drop down list. All you have to do then is complete the relevant details and follow the payment instructions. It’s as easy as 1, 2,3!

Once you’ve entered the return parcel information and followed the payment steps, a PDF label will be generated and download to your device. You can print it then and there and we’ll also email you a copy. Print this out (A4 format works perfectly) and tape it to your parcel.
